- 1 cup Esti Wholemilk Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- Lay a piece of parchment paper onto a tray.
- Spread the Esti Wholemilk Plain Greek Yogurt with a spoon onto the parchment paper, creating a ½ inch layer of yogurt.
- Drop the honey onto the yogurt, sprinkle with the rolled oats & add the blueberries on top.
- Freeze the tray for about 2 hours.
- Slice the bark or just break it.
